We carefully package every Threadnote Co piece with meaning and care — from the moment it’s stitched to the moment it’s on its way to you.

Processing Time

Each order is made and prepared with care.

Ready-to-ship items: Process within 2–4 business days.

Customized items (with personal notes or messages): Process within 7–10 business days before shipping.
During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience as each piece is made with purpose.

Shipping Options & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or weather. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Threadnote Co is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or carrier first.
We’re happy to assist by providing tracking details and helping you start a claim if needed.
